Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. 

Due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for items that have been described as defective. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of your initial contact with us. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not meet these criteria.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned in their original condition and unworn with The Pre-loved Atelier label still attached.  Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We hope our customers can appreciate that returns have a large impact on our small consignment business.
