Products and Availability

All products listed on our website are vintage and pre-owned items, which means they may have some wear and tear or other imperfections due to their age and previous use. We do our best to accurately describe each item and provide clear photographs to help you make an informed purchase decision.

 

However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

 

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in GBP, and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and we accept payment by debit or credit card via Shopify Payments.

 

Shipping and Delivery

We ship our products to the UK using Royal Mail. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order, and will be displayed at checkout. If you are outside of the UK, please contact us directly and we can arrange International Shipping. 

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

 

Refunds and Returns

Due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective or not as described. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the defective item must be returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of your initial contact with us. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not meet these criteria.

Sale items

Please note that Sale items are final sale and not refundable.

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of The Preloved Atelier ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or the products purchased from us. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you have ordered from us.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
