Shipping policy

We offer shipping within the UK, and orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via Royal mail, Tracked 48. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee inside the UK of £4.00 will be applied at checkout.

Please contact us directly (hello@theprelovedatelier.co.uk) for shipping outside of the UK. Worldwide shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order, and dependent of the carrier used. 

The Preloved Atelier ltd is not responsible for import duties & taxes that may incur. 

 We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. 

Refunds and Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. 

Due to the vintage and pre-owned nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item is defective or not as described. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the defective item must be returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of your initial contact with us. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not meet these criteria. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned in their original condition and unworn. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and issue a refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the item you would like.

Sale items: 

Please note that Sale items are final sale and not refundable.
